As an IT Administrator, you can manage all users within your organization's Enterprise Circle from the Users tab of the Admin Console. This dashboard allows you to track license usage, provision new accounts, and update existing user access.
➕ Adding & Inviting New User
You can onboard new members to your Enterprise Circle individually or in bulk:
- Add Individual Users: Click the green + Add user button to manually enter a new user's name, email, role, and set their internal/external type.
- Bulk Upload: Click the ↑ Bulk upload button to import a CSV roster if you need to provision large teams or departments simultaneously. We have also included a downloadable template to help you get started.
? Searching and Filtering the Directory
To quickly locate a specific account or audit your directory records:
- Search Bar: Type a user's name, email address, or specific credential details to filter the list instantly.
- Status Filter: Sort users by their current account status: All Statuses, Active, Invited, or Inactive.
- Type Filter: Segment your view between Internal (employees/staff) and External (contractors, clients, or third-party contributors).
⚙️ Modifying Users & Managing Permissions
Every row in the User List displays key details like their email, job title, SureMark ID, and provisioning status.
To modify an account, locate the user and click the three vertical dots (Actions menu) on the right side of their row. *Note, only super admins are able to change these settings.
- Resend Invitation: For users with an Invited status, use this to trigger a fresh activation email.
- Edit User: Update the user's title, organizational role, account type, or billing status.
- Eject from Organization: Revoke access immediately and remove the user from your Enterprise Circle, instantly freeing up their billable seat.
